India is a vast country. Here, from a rural farmer to a metropolitan corporate employee, everyone is surprisingly unaware of their legal rights, and the process of law. We hope to work towards expanding the access to legal knowledge to everyone. Without basic understanding of law, people say things that get them into trouble, they do things which turn their lives upside down. It is important to dispel this misconception that legal knowledge is only for lawyers and judges in courts. Law covers all aspects of people’s lives, and it squarely concerns people’s behaviour and choices. So, it definitely helps if everyone has crucial chunks of information that would create better lives.
